Cost, Schedule Tracking is related to Earned Value. Remember we have a Baseline budget and Schedule of how much should have been spent and how many of the hours of work scheduled have actually been completed. You don't have to be scientific in your reply. Just give me graph or some chart (use MS XL) showing the overall time and budget planned vs. actual. Then show at a point of time what the results might look like if you measured the above items on a regular basis. Obviously you might have to make up some of the detail between the beginning (baseline) and the final results at the end of the project. The Verzuh book P.177, 250, will give you some ideas. The chart on page 254 and 257 might also be useful.
